Taavi Annus

I am a corporate attorney who focuses on advising emerging companies, their founders, venture capital funds, angel investors and other clients in ECVC space. Before 2023, I worked for almost 15 years at Bryan Cave Leighton Paisner LLP, an international law firm, most recently as a partner in its corporate and finance transactions group.

I grew up in Estonia, and have worked with many clients from Estonia to help solve their legal issues in the United States. I have also advised U.S. based clients when they have engaged in transactions in Estonia.
